In 2015, Pope Francis wrote his letter 'Laudato Si', in which he called upon all mankind to be 'Stewards of the Earth'. Pope Francis calls upon us all to look after our planet and respect nature. 

Here at St Joseph's, we are trying to be as sustainable as possible.

• As bulbs go, we replaced our lighting with more efficient LED lighting. 
• We have a new boiler and heating system.
• We now have recycling around school for paper and co-mingle.
• Food waste is turned into green energy through Re-Food.
